Karly was one of the first vendors I booked as soon as we secured our wedding venue - she is pure magic. I knew I wanted her to do my wedding makeup after seeing her instagram even before I got engaged. I booked her super far in advance because I didn't want to miss out on having her, so if you inquire and she has your wedding date open - consider that fate and jump on that opportunity.
She made everything so easy; she listened to me and understood what I envisioned for my big day even though I had trouble putting into specific words. I showed her so many makeup inspo photos and she was able to blend everything together and glam me up just as I dreamed.
From initially reaching out, officially booking her, scheduling my trial and up to my wedding day she
has been nothing short of amazing. She truly went above and beyond to work with me. She was always kind, responsive and honestly such a beautiful person on the inside and out. Karly is a natural, humble, talented professional and I feel so honored to have had her glam me up on my wedding day.I felt beautiful, confident and relaxed on my wedding day. Her energy is very calming and honestly you need that on your wedding day!! Thank you for everything Karly! I will forever recommend you!

If you are looking for not only the most amazing makeup artist but also the sweetest human, look no further. Karly is such a blast to be around and she's phenomenal at what she does. The only makeup I wear is mascara and a little brow pencil so when I say that makeup is intimidating, I mean it. Not only did the makeup feel weightless, but I also felt like a model. I was worried about looking like a "clown" but Karly only enhanced my natural features so that when I looked in the
mirror, I looked like myself. I kind of gave her an idea of what I wanted and she absolutely nailed it. Even when I pulled an audible on my wedding day, switching it up from the trial we did at my engagement shoot. Hurry up and contact Karly because she books up fast! You won't regret it.

Karly was absolutely amazing! I found her via instagram and I'm so happy I came across her page. I reached out and she was so friendly! I had a makeup trial in 2020 She came to my in-laws for the trial she went over preferences with me and made me feel comfortable. I ended up moving forward and booking her for our 2021 wedding. we had to postpone our wedding but karly was gracious enough to move my deposit to the new date. I ended up doing another makeup trial closer to our new wedding date. this time I went to Karly's studio which was adorable- clean and in a safe neighborhood. The second makeup trial turned out even better then the first- which I didn't know was possible. Up until the wedding day I had been texting Karly random makeup questions, timeline recommendations which she was very responsive and super helpful. She even gave me a recommendation for a place to get a spray tan for my wedding. I truly feel like she went above and beyond. The wedding day came and I've never felt more beautiful. Thanks again to Karly, she is truly talented and a kind person.

I am so thankful I found Karly! She was nothing but sweet and responsive throughout the whole planning process. During the trial, she recognized that I was a bit hesitant about makeup and wearing too much of it so spent extra time to make sure I liked it before leaving. Not sure where to begin but I'm so thankful to have had Karly as my makeup artist! Long story short, I was a pandemic bride and had to postpone my wedding date 3 times. After every email that I sent out about a new date, I was reassured by Karly that she would be there on my special day, whenever that would be. I actually got to spend a lot of time with Karly because she did my initial trial, engagement makeup session, and also my tea ceremony makeup which was the day before my wedding. I always felt comfortable in Karly's chair and our conversations were super natural that I felt like I was talking to a friend. We tried a wide range of different makeup styles during each session and I love that Karly is so talented and could do anything that I came up with! Any adjustments that were needed (very few, any) she did with a smile! On the day of the wedding, her and her assistant came on time and even though we were on a tight timeline, we never felt rushed. It was really important for
everyone in my bridal party to feel and look beautiful and I'm so glad that Karly and her team were able to do that for me! I loved the way I looked during my wedding weekend thanks to Karly! She genuinely cares about her clients and she will go above and beyond to accommodate as best as she can! When someone loves what they do, it really reflects in their work and Karly is no exception! I will be calling Karly for any future special events where I'll be needing glam. Thank you Karly.

Do yourself a favor and look no further! Karly is your girl for all your makeup needs. She did my wedding makeup as well as my bridesmaids and mom. Everyone absolutely LOVED their makeup. She is so professional and a true beauty herself. I can't thank her enough!

I can't recommend Karly enough! In fact I have referred her to so many of my friends who I know are going to use her for their weddings too. She went above and beyond to understand exactly what I wanted. Also such a fun girl to have around on your special day! Pricing is extremely reasonable for how great of a job she did and not to mention it lasted all day long on probably the hottest July day here in San Diego...at our outdoor wedding!! Karly is an absolute angel and an incredible makeup artist. I booked makeup for my entire bridal party and all the moms (10 people total) and Karly made every single person look and feel amazing. She is well organized, so friendly, and you can really tell she loves what she does. She really takes the time to listen to what you are envisioning and bringing it to life! I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day and I can truly thank Karly for that.

I can't recommend Karly enough!! She did the makeup for my wedding and it exceeded every expectation I had. I scheduled a trial with her and instantly loved her warm and welcoming personality! I don't usually wear a lot of makeup and I was super self conscience of my skin but she knew exactly what to do. The makeup felt light yet lasted all day long. Karly is the sweetest, most professional makeup artist I have ever worked with. She REALLY knows what she is doing and is so kind and personable through everything step of the process. She even helped me secure a great hair stylist for our big day as well. She is very well connected and known in the southern CA beauty industry. She worked with me from day one to make the perfect schedule and a handful of revisions for ALL my bridesmaids/mothers. Her talent with makeup is also out of this world! All of us ladies looked picturesque the ENTIRE day (even lasting to the next morning). Her application will not go anywhere. She glammed us all up beautifully. I'm so grateful to have gotten to work with her!!

Karly did an incredible job! She was earlier then she originally had stated which is a major plus. She was professional, efficient, & just all around a doll. My make up, my mother's & my mother-in-law's make up all looked amazing & stayed all day! I expressed to Karly that I have very oily skin, so I needed to be matte. She worked her magic - from 1:00PM to 11:00PM at night my make up stayed completely matte & flawless! I would recommend Karly to everyone! She is all around just wonderful.

Three years ago I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and Karly did my makeup. I don't wear much makeup and wanted a natural, glowing look. Karly did just that! I loved the way she did it.
